The Forbidden Island

This island is one of the 505 uninhabited islands in the Nagasaki Region of the administration Japan, about 15 kilometers from Nagasaki. The island is also known as "Gunkan Jima" or is warships island. In 1890 when a company (Mitsubishi) bought the island and began a project to get coal from the seabed around island. In 1916 they built a large concrete the first in the island, an apartment block built for the workers and also functions to protect them from hurricanes.

            Tsuchinoko (ツチノコ, Tsuchinoko?) is an animal that have been reported in Japan but have never been proven (cryptid). Shaped like a snake but paunchy like a bottle or a bowling pin with a small tail-like a mouse’s tail. This animal is reported to have "seen" an eyewitness at various places in Japan, except in Hokkaido and the Ryukyu Islands. Up to now,Tsuchinoko have never captured by people because eyewitness were afraid, or the animal escape first.
